Mr. Smith brings over four decades of executive leadership, entrepreneurial, and investor experience across the Technology, Financial, Emerging Markets, and Healthcare sectors. Throughout his distinguished career, he has spearheaded global projects and led teams at renowned organizations such as IBM, Hewlett Packard, Visa, Mastercard, Exxon, and Sony Universal Music. Currently, he serves as the Founding and Managing Partner at Ghost Development and holds the position of President at SafePass, a wholly owned subsidiary of Safe Health Systems, Inc., a Mayo Clinic Venture. Additionally, he sits on the boards of several startups and is a partner in a small angel investor group that provides seed funding, consulting, and professional services to early-stage companies in the Technology, Entertainment, Health, and Wellness industries.
Eric serves as the branch manager at Rancho Santa Fe Insurance. He has deep experience in professional sales. Eric has an overwhelming desire to have an impact on the next generation of leaders who will change the world for the better.
Steve has been at the helm of Qualicare Homecare as President and Owner since 2015, steering the company with a clear strategic direction drawn from over two decades of leadership experience as a Regional Business Director at Johnson & Johnson. His academic achievements include an MBA from UC Irvine and a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Management from Sacramento State. Steve is deeply involved in community service through North Coast Church, contributing to various initiatives such as the Fallbrook food pantry and the REINS Horsemanship program. His weekends are family-oriented, filled with culinary pursuits, various sports, and obstacle course training, which stands as his preferred workout regimen.
